Architectural Precast Concrete, Thinshell, and GFRC

Precast Products

Architectural Precast Manufacturing Process

Precast is a minimum 4" thick concrete panel system that looks like many natural stones and granites by exposing the beautiful aggregates within the mix designs.

GFRC Spray Up Process

Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete is made of a 1" thick cementitious skin, reinforced with alkali resistant glass fibers, and attached to a metal stud frame system. GFRC can be formed into ornate shapes, and its light weight provides many benefits for high rise buildings.

Thinshell Panel Manufacturing Process

Thinshell is made of a 2" thick concrete skin attached to a metal stud frame system that achieves the beauty of precast mixes and can do so at a lower cost and lighter weight than traditional precast.
